Maria French is the Founder and President, of Terra Nova Solutions. She is well-known and regarded in the health information management field, having served nine years as an elected Director of the Clinical Documentation Industry Association (CDIA). Gender equality and women empowerment are the very core of her principles. She is a member of the Women’s Executive Network (WXN), Women Presidents Organization (WPO), and is a SheEO activator. As one of the first women to join Rotary in 1990, she served for 25 years and was awarded a Paul Harris Fellow for her contributions to community. She has been a guest speaker at regional, national, and international health industry and business women’s conferences, most recently speaking at the 2020 Women Economic Forum in Cairo, Egypt.
Maria holds an Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) designation, completing the Directors Education Program at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. She is currently enrolled in the Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
